According to him, the industrial equipment as used in district cooling like chillers, cooling towers and pumps operate more efficiently and very potently at the same time. They are just a much better option when compared with the traditional ACs. This, in the mean while, adds up to as much as energy savings of anywhere between 40%-60%.
District cooling is simply a centralized cooling system which has the cooling energy being produced and distributed through an underground insulated pipe line using chilled water. This would thus be directly supplied to offices, industrial and residential buildings and resulting in greater cooling of the indoor environment of these buildings.
